Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction & Service Description
Welcome to BSA Labs ("we," "us," "our"). We provide a specialized Business System Autopsy™, a proprietary diagnostic service designed to analyze the internal structure, constraints, and decision architecture of a business.
Our Service applies a structured, proprietary diagnostic methodology to the business data you voluntarily submit, resulting in a strategic diagnostic report (the "Autopsy Report"). The Autopsy Report includes:
- A system-level diagnosis
- One prioritized strategic directive (Sovereign Decision™)
- A focused 90-day execution plan
(collectively, the "Services").
We also offer a free Business Systems Health Scan™, an automated preliminary assessment provided for informational purposes only.
By purchasing and submitting data for a Business System Autopsy™, you ("Client") agree to these Terms & Conditions, which form a legally binding agreement between you and BSA Labs.
2. Eligibility & Client Responsibilities
To use our Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have legal authority to act on behalf of the business you represent
- Operate a legitimate business or business project
By using our Services, you confirm that:
- All data, metrics, screenshots, and information you submit are accurate, lawful, and either owned by you or shared with proper authorization
- You understand the Service is a strategic diagnostic, not a promise of outcomes
- You remain fully responsible for all decisions, actions, and results arising from the Autopsy Report
3. Nature of Services & Intellectual Property
3.1 What We Deliver
After payment and submission of required data, BSA Labs delivers:
- One (1) Business System Autopsy™ Report
- In PDF format
- Sent via email
- Within the timeframe stated at purchase (typically within 72 hours of completed intake)
The report reflects the condition of your business at the time of submission and is not updated automatically.
3.2 What We Do Not Provide
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, BSA Labs does not provide:
- Ongoing consulting, coaching, or advisory services
- Implementation, execution, or operational support
- Financial, legal, accounting, tax, or investment advice
- Report revisions due to subsequent changes in your business
- Refunds based on disagreement with analysis, interpretation, or outcomes
3.3 Intellectual Property
The Autopsy Report is licensed to you for internal business use only.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or white-label the report or any portion of it.
All frameworks, methodologies, systems, logic structures, and concepts used by BSA Labs — including but not limited to the Business System Autopsy™, the Sovereign Decision™, the Business Systems Health Scan™, Root Cause Analysis™, and all underlying diagnostic models and analysis logic — remain the exclusive intellectual property of BSA Labs.
4. Payment & Refund Policy
4.1 Payment
Full payment is required before any analysis begins. Payments are processed in cryptocurrency through our third-party payment processor, NOWPayments, and you agree to their respective terms. Prices are stated in US dollars (USD) and paid in the cryptocurrency selected at checkout.
4.2 No-Refund Policy
Due to the digital, customized, and analytical nature of the Services, all sales are final once the diagnostic process has started.
You acknowledge that you are purchasing analysis, judgment, and methodology, not guaranteed business results.
4.3 Service Failure
If BSA Labs is unable to deliver the Autopsy Report due to an error solely on our side, our sole obligation will be a full refund of the amount paid.
5. Data Privacy, Confidentiality & Use
5.1 Your Data
You retain full ownership of all data you submit.
You grant BSA Labs a limited, non-exclusive license to use your submitted data only for the purpose of generating your Autopsy Report and delivering the Services. Our full data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
5.2 Confidentiality
All non-public business information submitted by Clients is treated as confidential.
We do not share identifiable client data or reports with third parties, except as required to operate the Service or comply with legal obligations.
5.3 Anonymized Insights
BSA Labs may use fully anonymized and aggregated insights — never identifiable data — for internal analysis, methodology refinement, or educational and marketing purposes, including anonymized case studies.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BSA Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data, arising from your use of the Services or reliance on the Autopsy Report.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Business System Autopsy™ that gave rise to the claim.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by applicable law. A specific governing jurisdiction will be designated once BSA Labs is formally established as a registered entity.
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting us at contact@bsa-labs.com. We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and in good faith.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent changes.
For completed purchases, the Terms in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
